Common Japanese Conger called “Hamo” is a “Must” summer fish and is often served with being slightly boiled with plum paste or deep fried. It contains abundant vitamin A and good for skin and eye as anti-ager. It is effective for preventing summer heat and keeping beauty.
Kamo Eggplant(Production Area: Kyoto etc)

“Kamo eggplant” is produced in Kyoto and is designated as Kyoto’s traditional vegetable. Its texture is a bit hard and tastes sweet. It is served not only with Miso paste (called Dengaku) but with being broiled or deep fried. It matches a variety of dish.
